Alliance Realtors Digital Lease Management System

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using this system, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the system.

2. Authorized Use This system is for authorized personnel only. You may not share your account credentials, access areas outside your assigned role, or use the system for any purpose other than legitimate lease management activities.

3. User Accounts You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities performed under your account. Report any unauthorized access to your administrator immediately.

4. Digital Signatures By applying your digital signature to a lease agreement within this system, you acknowledge that your signature is legally binding and equivalent to a handwritten signature, subject to applicable law.

5. Accuracy of Information Users are responsible for ensuring that all information they submit — including tenant details, property data, and agreement terms — is accurate and complete. The system administrators bear no liability for errors arising from incorrect data entry.

6. Prohibited Activities Users must not attempt to circumvent security controls, tamper with audit logs, forge signatures, upload malicious files, or access another user's data without authorization.

7. System Availability The system is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for losses arising from downtime or technical failures.

8. Intellectual Property All system content, templates, and software are the property of Alliance Realtors or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the system.

9. Termination Access may be suspended or revoked at any time by an administrator for violation of these terms or organizational policy.

10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which your organization operates.
